2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your carrier tracking number.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order is handed over to the carrier, please allow 24–48 hours for the initial tracking scans and status to update online.
